"How It Works" Turn Key Sales Program

 

 Our 7 Week Program

 

During our 7 week turn-key program we interview, hire and train your sales staff to effectively generate leads, and sell your services in an honest professional manner.  Our program is designed to find a highly motivated sales manager and lead generation support staff.  The compensation structure is designed with high rewards for delivering sales and minimal to zero pay if sales goals are not attained.  Next, we craft your marketing plan that includes designing a sellable service, packaging, creating unique offers, branding your business, developing a web presence, utilizing an advertising plan and implementing sales tools. 

 

Week 1

  • Information Gathering Session – Using the telephone and electronic media our consultant gathers historic data about your business to optimize the onsite consultation session.

 

 

Week 2

  •  1 Day On-site Consultation – Our marketing specialist visits your office for one day to consult with your management team to define company goals, available resources and skill sets to develop a customized marketing plan. 

 

  • Free Logo Design & Branding Your Business – Our graphic design team will develop a logo for your business that will get attention, portray your company identity and will be memorable.  Next, we ensure that every marketing exposure by your company has the same color scheme, feel and packaging to build public awareness and comfort with your company.

 

  • Unique Offerings & Packaging – Is your service an easy to sell program?  What makes your service different from the hundreds of competitors in your area?  Whether you’re the lowest or highest priced provider in your area, you need to create unique value in your services. 

 

  • Free 3 Page Web Site – If you do not have an up to date web presence, you are losing business!  A web site is important to generate leads, support advertising and to educate the potential customers. 

 

  • Localized Web Marketing -- You can have a beautiful web site, but if prospects can’t find it, it is useless.   To help drive prospects to your web site we set up your localized custom Google Ad-Words advertisement, an HTML Craig’s List advertisement and a text Craig’s List advertisement. 

 

  • Run Employment Advertisements – We run various web based and traditional employment advertisements to find top quality candidates for the sales manager and lead generation support staff positions.

Week 3

  • Marketing Plan – Our design team continues with creating your marketing plan, logo, branded marketing pieces, graphic design, web site and other promotional materials.

 

  • Run Employment Advertisements – We continue to run various web based and traditional employment advertisements to find quality candidates for the sales manager and lead generation support staff positions. 

 

  • Phone Interview – We begin reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews.

 

 

 

Week 4

  • Marketing Plan Completion – Our design team is completing your marketing plan, logo, branded marketing pieces, graphic design, web site and other promotional materials.

 

  • Run Employment Advertisements – We continue to run various web based and traditional employment advertisements to find top quality candidates for the sales manager and lead generation support staff positions. 

 

  • Phone Interview – Our office continues reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews.

 

 

 

Week 5

  • Interviews for sales team – Our marketing specialist visits your office for 2 ½ days to interview candidates.

 

  • Finalize Marketing Plan & Materials – Approve the finalized logo, marketing materials and branded materials.  Upon completion, all items will be sent for printing.

 

  • Printing – We have full print production capabilities at extremely competitive pricing, which is on average 20% - 40% less than local printing.  We are so confident in our reduced pricing that we provide our “low price match guarantee.”  See agreement.

 

  • Final Interviews & Offers -- We narrow the search to 3 – 5 elite applicants.  You will make the final decision on your top candidates.

 

  • Offers Made to Final Applicants – Final interview and negotiations with applicants.

 

 

 

Week 6

  • Hire applicants – The applicants are hired, and training is set for the following week.  The sales manager is provided study materials to prepare for the upcoming training.

 

 

 

Week 7

  • Training – The marketing specialist visits your office for 4 ½ days, setting up procedures, implementing the marketing plan and training staff.   Training includes the following: setting up office procedures, providing sales & marketing forms, integrating service assistant software (if applicable), setting up auto-dialer (if applicable), setting up reports, industry specific training, training sales manager to implement marketing plan, training tele-sales people to set appointments or sell via the phone (if applicable), training canvassing lead generators,  setting up marketing universe, and much more.

 

Upon completion of training your sales team will be actively selling your services and acquiring new customers.

 

 

 

Week 8 - 48

  • 1 Year Sales Support – Our office will periodically contact your office to provide input.  Your company’s management and sales team receives 1 year of sales support.  If for any reason your sales manager is no longer employed, we will hire and train a new sales manager.  See agreement for details.

 

  • 2 Year Marketing Support – Your company is designated an Advertising Coordinator that is responsible to answer advertising questions, advise on new marketing campaigns, and coordinate your advertising. 

 

  • 2 Year Graphic Design Services – For two years we provide complimentary graphic design services.  Need a commercial brochure, neighborhood post card, new business cards, vehicle graphics, signs, updated estimate forms, or a sales piece for a new program?  Just Call!  This is a budget friendly approach that allows you to implement additional advertising as your cash flow permits. 

 

 

 

 

Also Includes:

  • FREE Advertising Materials -- 1,000 pieces of two color letterhead – 1,000 two color envelopes -- 2,000 four color, double sided business cards -- 1,000 double sided, four color, 8.5” x 11” brochures -- articles and layout for 6 monthly newsletters.  These printed marketing materials will introduce the public to your new professional image.
